Privacy Notice
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Who we are
This site (fascore.co.uk) is operated by David Hibbert, trading as FASCore (a sole trader) (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through the public marketing website — principally the “Book a demo” enquiry form. It does not cover the operational FASCore platform used by our customers, which is governed by separate data-processing terms agreed with each customer organisation.
What we collect, and why
When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, role, fleet/staff size, email address, and any message you choose to add. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration. Providing them is voluntary, but we can’t arrange a demo without at least your name, company and email.
When you visit the site, our servers process standard technical data (such as IP address and request details) to operate and secure the service.
We do not use cookies, tracking, advertising pixels, or behavioural profiling on this site.
Lawful basis
We process your enquiry details on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry you have initiated (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (f)). Technical/security data is processed under our legitimate interests in operating a secure service. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted processors to deliver this service, and we do not sell your data or share it for advertising:
- Brevo (email and contact management) — stores your enquiry and sends our acknowledgement. Brevo is EU-based and processes data within the EU.
- Our hosting — the site is hosted on infrastructure located in the EU (Helsinki).
Your enquiry details are also seen by the FASCore team member who follows up with you.
Where your data is held
Your data is held within the EU/EEA. The UK maintains data-adequacy arrangements with the EU, so transfers between the UK and EU are permitted without additional safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep demo-enquiry details for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted, unless you become a customer (when a separate agreement applies) or ask us to erase them sooner. Technical/security logs are kept only as long as needed for security and service operation.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access a copy of your data; ask us to correct or erase it; restrict or object to our processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] — we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the UK’s supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk — though we’d welcome the chance to resolve it with you first. Our ICO registration number is ZC205984.

We may update this notice from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
